A message from the Prevention Office at MAUMS

Are you the parent of a student in grades 6-12? Want a chance to win up to $500? Take the Vermont Parent Survey on Youth Substance Use!

This 10-15 minute survey of parents’ thoughts on teen alcohol and drug use is being conducted by Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation in partnership with the Vermont Department of Health and is designed for parents with children in grades 6-12 in Vermont. Respondents will be eligible to enter a drawing for a weekly cash prize of $100 and a grand prize of $500 at the end of the survey. The survey itself collects no personally identifying information and survey responses cannot be linked with contact information entered on the prize drawing site. The deadline for parents to fill out the survey is Friday 12/6/19.

Dear MAUMS families,

Please be sure to complete a Change of Address Form if you have moved. We want to be sure to have the most current and correct information in our system to be sure future communications reach you. It is also very important for addresses to be up-to-date to assist with development of bus routes over the summer. Change of Address forms can be obtained at the SVSU Central Office, any school office, or on the SVSU website under Parents > Documents & Forms > Change of Address. Thank you for your attention to this very important matter.

Tim Payne, MAUMS Principal
